摘要：

文章以中南大学等13所本科高校档案网站的调研为基础,分析了高校档案网站在建设技术、资源建设、管理水平、服务功能等四个方面的问题,提出了从丰富馆藏资源、运用先进技术、满足用户需求、完善评价指标等方面不断改善高校档案网站建设的具体策略和措施。

Abstract:

On the foundation of archive websites of thirteen universities and colleges of undergraduate course investigation, this article analyzes topics of university archive websites in following four aspects: construction technologies, resources construction, level of management and service function. And it probes specific strategies and countermeasures to improve university archive websites from following aspects: rich collection resources and apply advanced technologies, satisfy user’s requirements and perfect evaluating indicators.
