Archival Dualistic Value,which was proposed by Qin Zhaogui from Hubei University,is used to illustrate the management function and social signification of Archives and evaluate archival practice in China. This concept is the most innovative one in Chinese archives research field since the new century. As more and more researchers come to pay close attention to the study on archival dualistic value and work at it,Archival Dualistic Value has been on its way on the transformation from an academic viewpoint to an academic theory.This paper analyzes this transformation and discusses the development and research space of Archival Dualistic Value in the future.
