摘要：

鉴于现有档案价值鉴定系统的问题,分析了电子文件价值鉴定的特点及其实现智能鉴定的可行性。以电子公文为例,介绍了一种基于业务知识库,借助信息雷达、文本挖掘等信息技术实现电子文件智能分析的鉴定模式,并提出运用该鉴定模式的六大基础保障。

Abstract:

Based on the archival business rules repository and drawing on the network info radar, text mining, and artificial intelligence reasoning techniques, this paper explored and analyzed an intelligent method for electronic document’s value-based appraisal, and then took electronic official documents as example to make a conceptual model of intelligent value-based appraisal. At last, the paper concluded with six non-technical factors to support the successful implementation of the intelligent system.
