摘要:

信息效应是信息被使用后所产生的一切后果;信息文化是人类群体与社会围绕信息所形成的具有共同性和稳定性的精神传统和行为习惯。信息效应是信息文化形成的基础,信息效应中具有普遍性、规律性的东西,会积淀成为信息文化的内容。信息效应可用信息效律、信息效域、信息效度三个概念范畴涵盖并展开研究;信息文化可用信息心理倾向、信息行为习惯、信息制度取向三个概念范畴涵盖并展开研究;而其他重要的有独立意义的问题有必要单独研究,如信息权利、信息权力、欺骗、错误、信息控制、信息共享等。

Abstract:

Information effects mean all consequences of information using;information culture is the common and steady spiritual traditions and behaviors which are formed by human groups and societies through information researching. Information effects are the base of information culture;the universal and regular things of information effects will become the substances of information culture.Information effects can be divided into three aspects to be studied: the regulations,domains and validity of information;information culture can also be divided into three aspects to be studied: psychological tendency,habitual behavior and system orientation of information.Other important and independent issues,such as information rights,information power,information errors,information controlling and information sharing,should be researched solely.
