档案馆政府信息管理功能的内涵与实践

摘要：

通过对档案馆政府信息存储、开发、服务以及电子政务标准等行为的深入分析,总结其政府信息管理功能,系统梳理了西方国家档案馆在政府信息资源开发建设中的积极作用,进而指出我国档案馆在政府信息管理功能方面当前存在的问题,并提出对策建议。

Abstract:

By analyzing archives behaviors on government information storage, development, services and e-government standards making, this paper tries to sum up archives’ function in the field of government information management and systematically analyzes the positive roles played by archives in western countries. By the comparison, the author finds the problems of archives' function in the course of e-government information development and give some suggestions.
