Electronic records management is an important research field in archives science. This thesis aims to have a comprehensive and systematic study of electronic records management theory in China, based on the materials we collected and the materials published, including seven main topics: basic theory, Legal norms and standards, business management, technologies, administrational organizations, study overseas and other related areas. It preliminary sums up the important achievements and progress of electronic records management research in China in 2010, so as to provide a reference for future research.
