摘要:

本文通过老化试验研究了水、酸、碱和紫外光等环境因素对CD-R光盘信息耐久性的影响,结果表明,在室温23-25℃下,水对CD-R光盘的耐久性影响较小,温度越高,光盘的耐久性越差。酸溶液对CD-R光盘的耐久性影响不明显。碱溶液可以使CD-R光盘蜡克层和印刷层脱落致使光盘损坏。在辐照度为136.7-191.9μw/cm2的紫外光下,CD-R光盘表面会产生白色斑点,影响光盘的读取。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the influence of some environment factors on the information durability of CD-R disk by aging experiment, such as water, acid solution, alkaline solution and ultraviolet. It shows that the influence of water to CD-R is not obvious at room temperature(23-25℃), and the durability becomes worse with increasing temperature. Acid solution has little influence on the durability of CD-R. the abscission of lacquer layer and printing layer has made the CD-R failure, which result from the corrosion of alkaline solution. At the irradiance of 136.7-191.9μw/cm2, the white spot on the suffece leads to the readability of CD-R decreased.
