摘要:

论文基于电子文件的层次维度、构成维度和生命周期维度对电子文件的特性进行了科学而深入的分析。基于电子文件的层次维度,提出了电子文件在逻辑层次上与在物理层次上电子文件的特性;基于电子文件的构成从维度,提出了逻辑文件与物理文件的构成特性;基于电子文件生命周期维度,提出了电子文件在不同阶段的特性,从而从多维视角对电子文件的特性作了科学、全面、深入的分析。

Abstract:

The paper analyzes the characteristics of electronic records from three dimensions: the layer, structure and lifecycle of electronic records. From the layer point of view, it puts forward the characteristics of electronic records on logical layer and physical layer. From the structure point of view,it puts forward the characteristics of logical record and physical record. From the lifecycle point of view,it puts forward the characteristics of electronic records at different stages. On the whole,it gives a scientific, complete and deep analysis of the characteristics of electronic records.
