摘要：

90年前,中国共产党的诞生及其文书档案工作的建立,揭开了中国档案事业发展进程中崭新的篇章。作为社会主义革命与建设时期档案法规的重要基础和渊源,民主革命时期的中共档案法规被打上了深刻的历史烙印。本文从宏阔的视角出发,笼盖了中共档案法规时代特点的要端及表征,并在其中简要探寻了档案法规演进与革命斗争形势变换之间的因果联系。

Abstract:

The birth of Communist Party of China and the establishment of its record and archives management have discovered a new chapter of Chinese archives before ninety years. As the important base and direct origin of socialist revolution and construction, archival law of Communist Party of China has been printed a profound impression. This paper will illustrate the era-characters and features of archival law of Communist Party of China from a macro-vision, and discover the relationship in the course of the development of archival law and the change of the revolution situation.
