档案馆参与非物质文化遗产数字化保护的模式及实现策略研究

摘要：

本文的研究目的是探讨数字时代档案馆参与非物质文化遗产数字化保护的运作模式及实现策略。作为公共文化资源机构,档案馆参与非物质文化遗产数字化保护既符合档案馆的基本职责,又会促进档案馆馆藏结构的优化,并能拓宽档案馆的公共服务范围。档案馆参与非物质文化遗产数字化保护工作的运作模式包括清晰准确的目标定位、层次分明的服务产品以及多元化的运作机制。在分析档案馆参与非物质文化遗产数字化保护主要形式的基础上,笔者认为我国档案馆可从加强同图书馆、博物馆、文化馆等其他公共服务机构合作、探索数字化保护的多元化运作模式、为社会提供非物质文化遗产数字化服务等途径来推进其公共服务职能的扩展和深化。

Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to explore the operational model and realization strategy of archives taking part in the digital protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage（ICH）in digital era. As the public cultural organizations, Archives have the duty to participate in the digital protection of ICH, which will optimize archives’ collection structure of and improve their public service capacity. The operational model for archives’ participating in the digital protection of ICH should entail definite and accurate Location And Objectives, multi-level production and services, and diversity operational mechanism. Based on the analysis of the main forms of archives’ participating in digital protection of ICH, the authors suggest that our archival departments should adopt following strategies to amplify and promote their public service functions:（1）cooperation with libraries, museums, cultural centers and other public cultural institutions;（2） exploring diversity operational mechanism of digital protection;（3）providing digital services of ICH to the public,etc.
