It brings to the archival profession huge convenience and efficiency, but in the mean time, it also brings?unprecedented moral problems to the organization, management and access of archival information. Among which the most impressing is the ethic issues of archival professionals. By setting forth the characteristics of archival work in the information age, the author analyses the practices of many archivists that go against the information ethics, and put forward his suggestions on how to improve the professionalism of archivists by the construction of information ethics.
