With the improvement of informationization, departments within universities successively set up management information system, these systems can store massive filing information that have value for preservation, and can be exchanged to the information resource database of digital archives by way of data integration. This article discusses principles of information resources integration and exchange in universities, and puts forward data interchange model that based on SOA infrastructure. Furthermore, it also brings forward using Biztalk2008 as data exchange middleware to solve problems of information interconnection and information sharing between application systems exploited in different period by departments within universities and information management system of digital archives in universities.
