摘要：

本文从中国的历史和现状分析民间档案的成因入手,阐述创建民间档案馆的理由,创建民间档案馆的基础和条件以及创建民间档案馆存在的问题和解决对策。

Abstract:

From the points of view of Chinese history and present situation, the paper analyzes how folk documentation has come into being and elaborates the reasons and the preconditions of establishing folk archives. It also explains the problems to establish such kind of archives and the corresponding solutions.
