摘要：

在调查统计的基础上,对中共中央、国务院所属部委颁布实施的档案规章和规范性文件的立法技术与制定技术进行分析。

Abstract:

On the basis of survey statistics, this article analyzes the legislation and formulation technique of archival regulations and normative documents enacted and brought into force jointly by CPC Central Committee and State Council.
