摘要：

文章阐述了3G的概念及其特点,介绍了3G在我国的发展状况,在此基础上对3G在数字档案馆建设中的应用前景进行了探讨,论述了3G在数字档案馆建设中的应用策略。

Abstract:

The article first describes the concept and characteristics of 3G, then introduces the development situation of 3G in China. Based on what have mentioned above, it discusses and investigates the prospective application and application strategies of 3G in digital archives construction.
