摘要：

高校科研课题档案是高校档案的重要组成部分,但是目前的管理体制和管理方式存在不少问题。文章分析了高校科研课题档案的形成机理及其管理中存在的问题,提出了管理模式创新的具体思路和方法。

Abstract:

Scientific research archives are an important part of archives in university. This article analyzes the formation mechanism of scientific research archives and problems existing in scientific research archives management in university. Then the author puts forward the method to innovate the management mode of scientific research archives.
