摘要：

城市建设与管理过程必须充分体现系统性,即应通过各种管理机制的作用的发挥将当下的城市建设行为与以往建设行为结果有机统一起来。对城建档案工作而言,表现在通过档案工作纳入城市建设过程机制作用的充分有效发挥,保障城市建设行为的规范性,维护各种城市基础设施的安全。

Abstract:

The urban construction and management should be a systematic engineering. It is necessary to use all kinds of mechanisms to unify the current and previous urban construction conducts. As for unban construction archives work, it is fundamental to make the mechanism of including archives work into urban construction effective to ensure the standardization of urban construction conducts and maintain the security of municipal infrastructure.
