This article discusses the commons between the front-end control and “three tanking-in”,“four engagements” and“four synchronisms” Based on this,the author analyses the reasons that“three tanking-in”,“four engagements” and“four synchronisms” are in the low enforcement in enterprise archives management and thus puts forward some effective measures: services and integration, intervention diversification, improve economic responsibility system, the use of ISO9000 standards.
