摘要：

该文指出了办公自动化系统中文件管理功能的重要性,以及其随办公自动化系统的发展而不断地复杂。通过调研数据的分析,凸显我国办公自动化系统文件功能的缺失现状,并分析了其形成的主要原因。建议我国尽早制定政府机关办公自动化的统一规范,以有利于政府办公自动化系统建设领导小组的建立,规范政府办公自动化系统的核心模块与互用架构的技术规范,使我国政务信息资源的积累与共享得以保障。

Abstract:

The paper first indicates the importance of functions of records management in office automation system and points out that the functions are becoming more and more complicated with the development of office automation system. By way of analyzing the investigation data, it then highlights the current situation of deficiency in functions of records management in office automation system in China and further analyses the main causes. At last, the paper proposes that our country should formulate a unified regulation of office automation in Chinese government agencies, which is good for the establishment of leading team, the construction of government office automation system, and the regulation of core modules in government office automation system and technical specification of interoperability framework; and the guarantee of accumulation and sharing of government information recourses..
