摘要：

文章介绍了人力资源档案信息化管理系统实施的重要性,并从人力资源档案信息化管理系统的研究与实施、实施效果及实施人力资源档案信息化的思考等方面阐述了人力资源档案信息化管理系统在高校人力资源管理中的重要作用。

Abstract:

The paper first describes the important role that HR archives information management system plays in universities. It then elaborates the significant functions of HR archive information management system for HR in universities from the multi-perspective of study and implement, effects of implementation and thinking respectively from HR archive information management system.
