摘要：

以档案资源整合为重点的档案信息资源建设是档案事业的一项重要基础工作。档案资源整合的实践探索和理论研究已历十年。本文回顾了档案资源整合研究现状,指出档案资源整合的不足,对档案资源整合从理论、制度、模式研究方面提出了思考。

Abstract:

The archival information construction focused on archival resources integration is an important foundation of archival undertaking. The practice and theoretical research about archival resources integration have experienced ten years. This paper firstly reviews its theoretical research status, then points out its shortage, and lastly puts forward some suggestions from the following three aspects: theory, institution and model research.
