摘要：

本文通过分析英国国家档案馆开放信息服务及其publication scheme的内涵,并与我国档案信息公开工作进行比较分析,指出我国档案信息公开指南中存在的不足,进而提出一些建设性对策。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes UK National Archives’ open information services and its publication scheme. With a comparative analysis of China, it points out the existing problems in our information open policy and gives some constructive suggestions.
