The construction of the “Two Systems” is the central task of the national archives system. The archive departments all over the country are seeking the ideas and methods of the construction of the “Two Systems”. Some experiences and successful cases have been achieved, but some new problems appear at the same time. Starting with the analysis on the concrete measures of the construction of the “Two Systems”, the report points out some wrong behaviors and ideological tendencies should be avoided in the hope of promoting the construction of the “Two Systems”.
