The premise of building all comprehensive archives above the county level in our country into the “Five-in-One” public archives in ten years is to integrate sharable archival information resources. In this report, the causes of integrating sharable archival information resources based on public archives are discussed, the key points and the bottlenecks of archival information resources integration are analyzed, and then taking the city memory archival information resources as an example, the methods and measures of archival information resources integration are presented.
