本文论述了当前高校人事档案管理模式的弊端,指出高校人事档案信息化工作的核心问题是人事档案管理模式的变革,分析了人事代理制度对高校人事档案信息化工作的积极作用,并探讨了在人事代理制度下高校人事档案信息化需要注意的几个问题。
Begin from the deficiency of personnel files’ management mode in the colleges and universities, this essay points out that the core issue of personnel files’ Informationization is the transform of the personnel files’ management mode. It analyses the positive effects of personnel agency system to personnel files’ informationization, discusses some question that should be take attention when carrying out the work that personnel files’ informationization under the personnel agency system.
