摘要：

本文对美国和欧盟最具代表意义的、内容最新的两份电子文件管理系统需求报告进行分析,总结了电子文件管理系统需求研究的最新进展和特点,提出了系统需求的分析原则,以期对我国电子文件管理系统需求的研究和确定提供借鉴。

Abstract:

This essay analysis the two most representative and newest electronic document management system requirement report in the USA and EU. It summarized the recent advance and characteristic of the research on electronic document management system requirement, and also bring forward principle of system requirement analysis. We expected that this essay can give some help to the research and determination of the electronic document management system requirement.
