Digitization of university archives has become the main trend in the informatization construction of archives. On the premise that archives is safe, how to do well service of archival utilization, optimize software of archival release and utilization is urgent need. Aimming at common requests and demands, put forward some implementation strategies and reference model, such as optimizing user management, perfecting authorization mechanism, strengthening streamlined design of archival service, increasing recall and precision retio, optimizing jounal and perfecting statistics, all of these has reference significance and value.
