Our nation has entered into high education popularization; the college students’ employment situation is increasingly severe, the statistics of the college students’ employment provides practical basis for employment files, which can be taken as references for those to-be-graduated students and adjustment basis for employment attitudes, in the context of two-way choices between employees and employers, the “dual-direction three steps” of the relations between file management and college students’ employment is formed.
