Abstract There are a series of environmental problems in China because of the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, of when the most serious is atmospheric pollution. An important reason causing the high PM 2.5 concentration is bare ground caused by urban construction. Urban soil and water conservation engineering measures and provisional measures can reduce the PM 2.5 concentration. Urban soil and water conservation measures are very important to reduce PM 2.5 concentration.
