Abstract：Supervision system of soil and water conservation acts a key role in the construction of hydraulic engineering.However,there are some limitations to implement effectively the supervision system of soil and water conservation.At present,there is no well-considered program on it.The authors summed up some understandings and some useful advices to supervision of soil and water conservation for construction of hydro-electric engineering were put forward.
