Application of engineering revegetation technology in ecological rehabilitation of the roadside slope

Abstract:The roadside slope is part of the road system. Roadside slope management and ecological rehabilitation are of importance in road construction. The application of engineering revegetation technology in slope management and the ecological rehabilitation are introduced in this paper. Engineering revegetation technologies applied in embankment slope include geocell ecological technology and framework grass covering.The technologies applied in soil cutting side slope are mainly hydraulic seeding, framework grass covering and 3D vegetation net. The technologies applied in weathered rock area are 3D net scattering, channel covered with net and scattering, geocell covered with net and scattering and concrete and vegetation protection. The technologies applied in weak weathered rock area is mainly mixed scattering and in soil slope is mainly foreign soil scattering. This paper discusses the problems with and the prospects of the application of the engineering revegetation technologies.
