Comparison experimental study on the effect on plant growth of two kinds of water-retaining agents

Abstract:Through laboratory tests,differences of two kinds of water-retaining agents on water retention with different levels and different characters and the effect on emergence rate and growing height of Lolium perenne L.are compared and analyzed.And water retention,emergence rate and plants growth situation of two kinds of water-retaining agents were also measured and analyzed.Results show that the best dosage of ESPECK-L water-retaining agent in the soil and sandy soil is60-90g/m2;the best dosage of MP3005KM water-retaining agent in the soil and sandy soil is 90g/m2.In these dosages,water-retaining agent can accelerate the emergence and growth of plants,and can play a beneficial role in water retention.
