Abstract：The paper discusses the relationship between soil and water conservation work and new socialist countryside construction.Soil and water conservation is a basis for realizing a sustainable agriculture,and a available measure and important ways to make people rich and fairly comfortable.The author put forward some suggestions on the issues of soil and water conservation to serve the new socialist countryside well.
