Abstract:In order to enhancing synthesis control of soil erosion in Dalinghe River Basin, based on collected information and materials of soil and water conservation and sampled investigating the plots,the management information system of soil and water conservation by the combining ways of RS,GPS and GIS technologies was established.And it not only utilized the abundant information of RS but also made full use of spatial analysis and management function of GIS was established.The fundamentals of management and decision-making system was well established by efficient and scientific approach,which also implements share,dynamic update,dymanic management and dynamic monitory of information in the basin.It realized the informational,automatic,intellective,and effective management of soil and water conservation of Dalinghe River watershed.
