社会学习视角下知识问答平台用户转移意愿研究 ——基于PSL-SEM和FsQCA方法的实证

摘要: 【目的/意义】本文基于社会学习理论及推拉锚定模型探究用户从免费知识问答平台向付费知识问答平台 进行转移的意愿,对深入理解用户转移动机以及促进付费知识平台的可持续发展具有重要意义。【方法/过程】从社 会学习的视角出发,结合推拉锚定模型构建理论假设模型,利用结构方程(SEM)以及模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA) 方法,探究影响用户从免费知识问答平台转向付费知识问答平台的因素及其组态。【结果/结论】研究结果表明用户 在知识付费的转移过程中会从他人的反馈意见、行为以及行为结果中进行学习。所构成的组态路径共有五种,在 组合效应型组态路径中用户在决策过程中会参考其他用户的意见。在创新-拉动型组态路径中高创新性的个体更 易接受新鲜事物,同时用户会从积极口碑中进行学习形成正向的反馈,从而加强他们的转移意愿。在辅助效应型 组态路径中用户在转移过程中会受到一定程度的锚定效应的影响。深化了对提问者转移意愿及其背后动因的理 解,并为付费知识问答平台提出了的许多可行性建议。【创新/局限】本研究探讨了提问者转移意愿及其背后动因并 提出相应策略。通过fsQCA探究变量间的复杂关系,具有一定的创新性。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This paper explores the willingness of users to transition from free knowledge Q&A platforms to paid knowledge Q&A platforms based on Social Learning Theory and the Push-Pull-Anchorage Model. It is of great significance for deeply understanding the motivation behind user transitions and promoting the sustainable development of paid knowledge platforms. 【Method/process】Starting from the perspective of social learning and combining the Push-Pull-Anchorage Model to construct a theo⁃ retical hypothesis model, this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to investigate the factors influencing the transition of users from free to paid knowledge Q&A platforms and their configura⁃ tions.【Result/conclusion】The study results indicate that users learn from others' feedback, behaviors, and outcomes during the pro⁃ cess of knowledge payment transition. There are five configurations of pathways, in which the combination effect type pathway includes users referring to the opinions of other users in the decision-making process. In the innovation-pull type pathway, highly innovative in⁃ dividuals are more receptive to new things, and users learn from positive word-of-mouth to form positive feedback, thereby strengthen⁃ ing their willingness to transition. In the auxiliary effect type pathway, users are influenced to some extent by anchoring effects during the transition process. This study deepens the understanding of the questioners' willingness to transition and the underlying motiva⁃ tions, and provides many feasible suggestions for paid knowledge Q&A platforms.【Innovation/limitation】This study explores the will⁃ ingness of questioners to transition and the underlying motivations, and proposes corresponding strategies. By using fsQCA to explore the complex relationships between variables, it has a certain degree of innovation
