高校图书馆馆员生成式人工智能胜任力测度研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】构建高校图书馆馆员生成式人工智能胜任力测度量表,以测度馆员的生成式人工智能素养和 应用能力,为提升馆员核心能力和优化服务质量提供理论支撑。【方法/过程】基于胜任力理论与素质冰山模型,通 过文献分析、问卷访谈等方法提炼关键能力要素,构建初始测评量表。采用项目分析与因子分析检验并修正量表 结构,形成正式最终量表并进行实证检验。【结果/结论】量表涵盖知识与认知、技术与应用、服务与态度、思维与素 养、沟通与协作5个维度,能够有效评估馆员生成式人工智能技术与工具应用服务的综合胜任力,为高校图书馆服 务创新、馆员能力培养及智能技术服务应用提供科学依据和实践支持。【创新/局限】构建了高校图书馆馆员生成式 人工智能胜任力测评量表。量表在区分度、信度和效度方面表现良好,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This study aims to construct a competency scale for academic library staff in generative artificial in⁃ telligence, providing a scientific assessment of their generative AI literacy and application capabilities. The scale serves as a theoreti⁃ cal basis for enhancing staff core competencies and optimizing service quality.【Method/process】Based on competency theory and the iceberg model, this study employs methods such as literature analysis and interviews to identify key competency elements and develop an initial assessment scale. The scale structure was refined through item analysis and factor analysis, ultimately resulting in a finalized scale, which was then subjected to empirical validation.【Result/conclusion】The scale encompasses five dimensions: knowledge and cognition, technology and application, service and attitude, thinking and literacy, and communication and collaboration. It effectively evaluates the comprehensive competency of library staff in the context of generative artificial intelligence, offering scientific support and practical insights for service innovation, staff capacity building, and AI application promotion in academic libraries.【Innovation/ limitation】This study presents the first competency scale for academic library staff in generative AI, validated through systematic sta⁃ tistical methods. The scale demonstrates strong discriminative power, reliability, and validity, making it a valuable tool for practical ap⁃ plication.
