基于心理账户的隐私披露决策行为影响因素及仿真研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】深入了解社交媒体用户隐私披露决策行为的心理机制,探究心理因素作用下用户隐私披露决 策行为的特征和规律,为引导用户审慎披露隐私信息,促进社交媒体持续健康发展提供参考与借鉴。【方法/过程】 从心理账户视角出发,结合隐私计算理论构建用户黑箱模型。通过问卷收集数据分析用户行为心理机制,并进一 步结合隐私敏感度与效用方程构建基于主体的隐私披露决策行为模型,利用仿真实验对用户心理决策过程进行深 入分析,找出用户隐私披露从个体到群体的行为涌现规律。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,心理账户影响用户隐私披 露决策行为,其中获得账户正向影响隐私披露决策行为,损失账户负向影响隐私披露决策行为;隐私敏感度通过影 响用户的披露效用对用户隐私披露行为产生影响;针对用户心理决策过程及个体行为特征构建小世界网络进行仿 真实验,得出用户决策行为的群体特征和涌现规律。【创新/局限】研究主要集中在个体心理账户和短期决策过程 上,未来可以考虑深入研究不同人群之间的决策差异,通过跟踪个体决策行为的演变对长期影响和动态变化进行 研究。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】To deeply understand the psychological mechanism of social media users' privacy disclosure decision-making behavior, explore the characteristics and rules of users' privacy disclosure decision-making behavior under the ef‑ fect of psychological factors, and provide and reference for guiding users to prudently disclose private information and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of social media【. Method/process】From the perspective of psychological accounts, combined with privacy computing theory, construct a user black box model. By collecting data through questionnaires to analyze the psychological mechanisms of user behavior, and further combining privacy sensitivity and utility equations to construct an agent based privacy disclo‑ sure decision behavior model, simulation experiments are used to conduct in-depth analysis of the user's psychological decisionmaking process, and to identify the behavioral emergence patterns of user privacy disclosure from individual to group【. Result/conclu‑ sion】The results show that psychological accounts have a positive impact on users' privacy disclosure decision-making behavior, in which the acquisition of accounts has a positive impact on privacy disclosure decision-making behavior, and the loss of accounts has a negative impact on privacy disclosure decision-making behavior. Privacy sensitivity affects users' privacy disclosure behavior by influ‑ encing their disclosure effectiveness; According to the psychological decision-making process and individual behavior characteristics of users, the small-world network is constructed and simulated, and the group characteristics and emergence rules of user decisionmaking behavior are obtained【Innovation/limitation】The research mainly focuses on individual mental accounts and short-term decision-making process. In the future, in-depth research on decision-making differences between different populations can be con‑ sidered, and long-term effects and dynamic changes can be studied by tracking the evolution of individual decision-making behaviors.
