管理育人视域下高校网络舆情态势感知研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】提出以舆情主体为核心的高校网络舆情态势感知模型,旨在实现学生思想动态及身心健康的 常态化感知,挖掘不同学生群体的个性化需求,从而为管理服务工作的改革与创新提供明确的方向与指引。【方法/ 过程】首先,设计了一套以网民用户为核心的舆情信息采集策略,用以支撑舆情态势要素感知。其次,针对多样化 的高校网络舆情信息,提出了一套以情感分析为核心的网络舆情分析方法,旨在深入理解舆情态势。同时,进一步 提出了学生需求挖掘,学生思想动态与行为特征感知的方法。最后,本研究选取东北某大学作为实证研究的案例, 运用情感分析与语义分析技术,深入挖掘该校学生的个性化需求,描述了他们整体的思想动态及行为趋势。【结果/ 结论】研究结果表明,本研究构建的高校网络舆情态势感知模型能够有效地呈现高校学生在网络空间中的行为特 征。【创新/局限】揭示他们共有的行为模式与核心需求,进而为新时代高校管理服务工作提供参考依据。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】We propose university online public opinion situational awareness model focusing on the subject of public opinion, aiming at realizing the normalized awareness of students' thought dynamics and physical and mental health, exploring the personalized needs of different student groups, so as to provide a clear direction and guidance for the reform and innovation of the management service work.【Method/process】First, we design a collection strategy of opinion information focusing on netizen users to support the perception of opinion situation elements. Second, in response to the diversified university online public opinion informa⁃ tion, we propose a set of online public opinion analysis methods focusing on sentiment analysis, aiming at understanding the public opinion situation in depth. Meanwhile, we further propose methods for mining students' needs and perceiving students' thought dynam⁃ ics and behavioral characteristics. Finally, we select a university in Northeast China as an empirical case study, and use sentiment analysis and semantic analysis techniques to explore the personalized needs of students in the university, and describe their overall thought dynamics and behavioral trends.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the university online public opinion situational awareness model constructed in this study can effectively present the behavioral characteristics of university students in cyberspace. 【Innovation/limitation】reveal their common behavioral patterns and core needs, and then provide a reference basis for the manage⁃ ment and service work of universities in the new era.
