摘要:

【目的/意义】本文旨在基于信息生态理论构建云边协同的数智专利情报服务框架,以期为数智专利情报服
务高质量发展提供基本理论和思路指引。该框架的构建对于促进专利信息的有效管理和利用,以及提升专利情报
服务的普惠性和便捷性具有重要意义。【方法/过程】针对专利情报服务的现状和需求进行深入分析,依托信息生态
理论解构数智专利情报服务生态系统要素,对各要素间的相互作用关系以及服务元素流转路径进行详细探讨。【结
果/结论】明晰了专利情报服务生态系统中服务主体的技术协同机制,构建了云边协同的数智专利情报服务框架。
【创新/局限】本文将云边AI协同架构引入专利情报服务场域,基于信息生态理论充分挖掘其在专利情报服务中的
深度协同路径与增效优势。然而,本研究尚未深入剖析其他要素间的协同机制以及特定技术的具体实现路径,且
目前的研究工作仅停留在理论探讨阶段,尚未付诸实践验证。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】This article aims to construct a cloud-edge collaborative digital intelligence patent intelligence ser⁃
vice framework based on information ecology theory, to provide basic theoretical and guiding insights for the high-quality development
of digital intelligence patent intelligence services. The construction of this framework is of great significance for promoting effective
management and utilization of patent information, as well as enhancing the inclusiveness and convenience of patent intelligence ser⁃
vices【. Method/process】An in-depth analysis is conducted to examine the current landscape and demands of patent intelligence ser⁃
vices. The elements of the digital intelligence patent intelligence service ecosystem are deconstructed based on information ecology
theory. A detailed exploration of the interactions among the elements, as well as the flow paths of the service components【. Result/con⁃
clusion】The technical collaboration mechanisms of service providers in the patent intelligence service ecosystem have been eluci⁃
dated, and a cloud-edge collaborative digital intelligence patent intelligence service framework has been constructed【. Innovation/limi⁃
tation】This article introduces the cloud-edge-AI collaborative architecture into the field of patent intelligence services, fully exploit⁃
ing its deep collaborative path and synergistic advantages in patent intelligence services based on information ecology theory. How⁃
ever, this study suffers from a lack of in-depth analysis of the collaborative mechanisms between other elements and the specific imple⁃
mentation routes of specific technologies. Additionally, the current research work is only in the theoretical exploration stage and has
not yet been put into practical verification.
