基于知识元的在线健康社区医患问答知识组织研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】以知识元为基本单元对在线健康社区医患问答资源进行语义表示、语义关系挖掘及组织聚 合,为用户提供与其病情相关的健康知识。【方法/过程】首先,基于已有知识元理论,根据问答文本结构特征构建知 识元语义描述模型;其次,利用 UIE模型、外部医学知识库及预训练模型对医患问答文本中的实体进行识别、规范 与融合;然后,利用实体及实体集合间关系挖掘知识元间的双重语义关联;最后,从患者实际病情出发展开知识元 细粒度与粗粒度组织聚合,以满足患者知识需求。【结果/结论】本文从知识元角度出发,在保证知识单元语义完整 性和考虑患者具体健康情境的同时,依照知识表示、实体抽取、语义关系挖掘以及组织聚合等步骤展开研究,使组 织后的健康知识能够充分响应在线健康社区用户的病情需求。【创新/局限】利用知识元相关理论,围绕用户具体需 求开展健康问答知识组织,但在知识元语义模型构建过程中,未能全面考虑医生画像信息。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Using knowledge elements as the basic unit, we perform semantic representation, semantic relation⁃ ship mining, and organizational aggregation on doctor-patient Q&A resources in online health communities to provide users with treatment-related health knowledge.【Method/process】Firstly, based on the existing knowledge element theory, a knowledge element semantic description model is constructed based on the structural characteristics of the Q&A texts; secondly, UIE model, external medical knowledge bases and pre-training model are used to identify, standardize and integrate entities in doctor-patient Q&A texts; then, utilize the relationships between entities and entity collections to mine dual semantic associations between knowledge elements; finally, based on the patient's actual condition, fine-grained and coarse-grained organization and aggregation of knowledge elements are carried out to meet the patient's knowledge needs.【Result/conclusion】This article starts from the perspective of knowledge ele⁃ ments, while ensuring the semantic integrity of knowledge units and considering the specific health context of patients, and conducts research in accordance with steps such as knowledge representation, entity extraction, semantic relationship mining, and organiza⁃ tional aggregation, so that the organized health knowledge can fully respond Condition needs of online health community users.【Inno⁃ vation/limitation】The theory of knowledge element is used to organize the knowledge of health Q&A information around the specific needs of users. However, in the construction process of the knowledge meta-semantic model, the doctor portrait information is not fully considered.
