我国高校图书馆“学科交叉融合”资源服务体系重构研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】高校学科交叉融合发展的新阶段对资源服务体系的创新提出了新要求,重构与之相适应的服 务体系,对优化馆藏建设、提升服务效能和满足跨学科知识服务需求至关重要。【方法/过程】在面向22位图书馆业 务领域以及院系学科建设交叉融合领域专家收集190组深度访谈语料的基础上,运用扎根理论提炼资源服务体系 重构要素,并采用解释结构模型分析要素的层次关系。【结果/结论】发现学科交叉融合背景下高校图书馆资源服务 体系重构要素包括信息资源、物质资源、人力资源、组织资源、服务内容以及用户需求,基于六大要素构建资源服务 体系创新模型,分析各层次要素在促进学科交叉融合资源服务中的作用。【创新/局限】识别并分析了学科交叉融合 背景下资源服务重构要素的作用路径,为高校图书馆实践提供新思路。然而,初始采集样本量有待进一步丰富,以 验证模型在底层细粒度层面的有效性。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The new phase of interdisciplinary integration and development in higher education institutions has posed new demands on the innovation of resource service systems. Restructuring a service system that aligns with these demands is crucial for optimizing collection development, enhancing service efficiency, and meeting interdisciplinary knowledge service needs. 【Method/process】Based on 190 sets of in-depth interview data collected from 22 experts in library operations and interdisciplinary academic construction, grounded theory was employed to extract the key elements for restructuring the resource service system. The In⁃ terpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) approach was then utilized to analyze the hierarchical relationships among these elements.【Re⁃ sult/conclusion】The study identified six key elements for restructuring university library resource service systems in the context of in⁃ terdisciplinary integration: information resources, physical resources, human resources, organizational resources, service content, and user needs. An innovative model for the resource service system was constructed based on these six elements, and the role of elements at each level in promoting interdisciplinary resource services was analyzed.【Innovation/limitation】The study identified and analyzed the functional pathways of restructuring elements in resource services against the backdrop of interdisciplinary integration, providing new insights for university library practices. However, the initial sample size warrants further expansion to validate the model's effec⁃ tiveness at finer-grained lower levels.
