心理赋权视角下政务社交媒体用户价值共创的形成机制研究 ——以政府反诈宣传为例

摘要: 【目的/意义】从心理赋权的视角剖析政务社交媒体用户价值共创的形成机制,对“共建共治共享”的社会治 理理念实现具有重要价值。【方法/过程】本研究以政府反诈宣传为例,整合多学科理论,构建了用户价值共创的影 响机理模型,通过问卷调查收集数据,利用PLS-SEM和fsQCA对数据进行分析。【结果/结论】PLS-SEM结果表明, 社会支持和用户参与对心理赋权具有正向显著影响,心理赋权对公民记者行为和信息保护行为有正向显著影响; 心理赋权在社会支持和用户参与对价值共创的关系中起中介作用。QCA结果证实“利他”的公民记者行为,需要更 多条件的组合才能够触发高水平的状态,“利己”的信息保护行为,相对需要较少的条件即可触发,且心理赋权均为 每条路径的核心条件。【创新/局限】深入辨析了心理赋权的前因后果,揭示了政务社交媒体用户价值共创的形成机 制。未来的研究将考虑其他因素,更全面地探究价值共创的生成机制。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Analyzing the formation mechanisms of value co-creation among government social media users from the perspective of psychological empowerment holds significant value in promoting the realization of the social governance con⁃ cept of "community building, communal governance, and shared benefits".【Method/process】This study took government anti-fraud propaganda as an example, integrated multi-disciplinary theories, built the influence mechanism model of user value co-creation, col⁃ lected data through a questionnaire survey, and analyzed the data using PLS-SEM and fsQCA【. Result/conclusion】PLS-SEM results show that social support and user engagement have a positive and significant impact on psychological empowerment, and psychological empowerment has a positive and significant impact on civil journalist and information protection behavior. Psychological empowerment plays a significant mediating role in the influence of social support and user engagement on value co-creation. QCA results confirm that "altruistic" civil journalist behavior needs more combination of conditions to trigger a high level of state, "egoistic" information protection behavior can be triggered by relatively fewer conditions, and psychological empowerment is the core condition of each path. 【Innovation/limitation】This paper analyzes the causes and consequences of psychological empowerment, and reveals the formation mechanism of value co-creation of government social media users. Future studies will consider other factors to explore the generative mechanisms of value co-creation from a more comprehensive perspective.
