计算档案学视域下档案文献资源活化的技术路径研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】档案文献是文化遗产的重要来源,通过构建档案文献资源活化的技术路径,提升档案保护利 用和文化传承水平,为计算档案学赋能档案文献资源活化提供技术支持和思路参考。【方法/过程】本文首先分析了 档案文献资源活化的现实困境,然后在分析计算档案学赋能档案文献资源活化的逻辑基础上,提出档案文献资源 活化的三个愿景,并据此设计了技术路径。【结果/结论】该技术路径以计算档案学理论与方法为指导,通过资源转 换、语义描述、需求建模、智慧应用实现档案的活态开发,多元展现文化魅力。【创新/局限】融合计算档案学,有助于 活态化传承档案蕴含的文化,推动文化与科技深度融合。但档案文献资源活化是一项多主体工程,后续还需根据 具体实践项目进行多方位优化。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Archival literature is a crucial repository of cultural heritage. This paper aims to enhance the level of archival protection, utilization, and cultural inheritance by establishing a technical framework for activating archival literature re⁃ sources empowered by computational archival science. It also provides a technical system and reference for this activation process. 【Method/process】This paper first analyzes the realistic dilemma of archival document resource activation, and then proposes three vi⁃ sions of archival document resource activation on the basis of analyzing and calculating the logic of archival science enabling archival document resource activation, and designs the technical path accordingly.【Results/conclusions】Guided by the theories and methods of Computational Archival Science, this technical pathway realizes the dynamic development of archives through resource conversion, semantic description, demand modeling, and intelligent application, and presents the cultural charm in multiple ways.【Innovation/ limitation】The integration of computational archival science contributes to preserving the culture within archives and promoting the deep integration of culture with technology. However, it′s important to note that activating archival document resources is a collabora⁃ tive effort involving multiple agents, requiring subsequent optimization tailored to specific practical projects.
