Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Systematically combing and analyzing the research progress in the field of "AI+ university library" is of great significance for guiding the intelligent transformation of libraries and improving the quality of academic research.【Method/ process】Based on 499 literatures related to "AI+ university library" collected in CNKI database from 2000 to 2024, this study applied BERTopic topic modeling and CiteSpace biblioscope to conduct in-depth analysis of the research stages, keywords and topic contents, and the research results were scientific and explanatory.【Result/conclusion】Thenumber of papers published in the field of "AI+ uni⁃ versity library" has increased rapidly in the past ten years, and the research mainly focuses on core topics such as library construction, smart service, 5G information service, ChatGPT impact and service model reform.【Innovation/limitation】The future research has cer⁃ tain space for expansion, and will gradually realize the intelligent service, multidisciplinary integration and technological innovation application, and promote the modern development of university library services.
