多维视角融合下论文颠覆性测度指数优化与实证研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】论文是否具有颠覆性以及颠覆性程度如何历来受到各界人士的广泛关注,科学测度论文颠覆 性在当前我国破“五唯”,大力推行代表作评价的背景下显得尤为急迫和重要。【方法/过程】论文基于“加权引用” “科学技术一体化”“引用认同”三个基本思想,从论文引用、论文-专利引用、引用评论内容三个层面对传统颠覆性 指数进行了优化,构建了一个更为全面科学的综合性颠覆性指数。以美国物理学会选出的“里程碑式论文(Mile⁃ stone Paper)”为样本展开实证研究,从“优化模型与其他主流指数”和“综合指标与单指标”两个方面展开比较分析, 探知优化模型对论文颠覆性的测度效果。【结果/结论】优化模型充分体现了“高学术认可”,设计原理科学;相对其 他主流指标模型,优化模型甄别能力更强,区分度更高;综合性优化模型比单指标更科学合理。【创新/局限】从多源 视角出发,深入到引用内容层面,提出论文颠覆性测度的新指标模型。在自然科学以外领域利用高水平认同思想 开展学术成果颠覆性分析有待进一步研究。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Whether the paper is disruptive and how disruptive it is has always received extensive attention from people from all walks of life, and the scientific measurement of the disruptiveness of the paper is particularly urgent and important in the context of "breaking the five-only" and vigorously promoting the evaluation of representative works in China.【Method/process】 Based on the three basic ideas of "weighted citation", "integration of science and technology" and "citation identity", this study opti⁃ mizes the traditional disruptive index from three levels: paper citation, paper-patent citation, and citation comment content, and con⁃ structs a more comprehensive and scientific disruptive index. Taking the "Milestone Paper" selected by the American Physical Society as a sample, the empirical research was carried out from the two aspects of "optimization model and other mainstream indicator mod⁃ els" and "comprehensive index and single index", and explores the measurement effect of the optimization model on the disruptive of the paper【. Result/conclusion】The optimization model fully reflects the "high academic recognition", the design principle is scientific; compared with other mainstream indicator models, the optimization model has higher degree of differentiation; the comprehensive opti⁃ mization model is more scientific and reasonable than the single index.【Innovation/limitation】From the perspective of multiple sources, a new index model of paper disruptive measurement is proposed. In fields other than the natural sciences, using the highlevel identity ideas to carry out disruptive analysis of academic achievements needs to be further studied.
