Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The rise of various digital intelligence technologies presents new opportunities for Information Re⁃ source Management (IRM) discipline. Grasping the development trends of IRM discipline in the era of digital intelligence is crucial for developing the discipline.【Method/process】This study utilizes data from important journal literature in IRM discipline and enroll⁃ ment data in the field over the past decade. Comprehensive methods such as Dynamic Topic Modeling (DTM), text analysis, knowledge graph, and content analysis are employed. Based on three perspectives—research, education, and technology, the study comprehen⁃ sively analyzes the current status of discipline research, talent training direction and application of digital intelligence technology of IRM discipline in China.【Result/conclusion】The study shows that in the era of digital intelligence, the change of digital intelligence has been deeply embedded in the development of the IRM discipline and presents the following development trends: the inheritance and innovation trend of Library Information and Archives Management is more significant, the direction of interdisciplinary crossdisciplinary movement of the fusion of related disciplines is more prominent, the trend of the application efficacy in response to the practical problems is more explicit, and the direction of the digital-intelligent synergistic movement of following the development of the times is more apparent.【Innovation/limitation】The article systematically and comprehensively explores the development trend of IRM discipline in the era of digital intelligence from the triple perspective of research, education, and technology. The next step will be to further explore the differences in the development of domestic and foreign IRM discipline in the era of digital intelligence.
