Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Intelligence collaboration can effectively break the barriers between intelligence resources, intelli⁃ gence services and intelligence service subjects, promote the efficient transmission and sharing of intelligence, and realize the organic unity of intelligence and decision-making services. Identifying the key influencing factors of intelligence coordination in emergencies is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of emergency management in China.【Method/process】Firstly, metaethnography is used to comprehensively extract the original research to form a set of influencing factors of intelligence coordination in emergencies. Secondly, DEMATEL is used to analyze the interaction of various influencing factors and identify the key influencing fac⁃ tors of intelligence collaboration in emergencies. Finally, based on the research conclusions, relevant suggestions for intelligence coor⁃ dination are proposed.【Result/conclusion】Through research and calculation, 12 key influencing factors of intelligence coordination are identified, which are mainly distributed in three dimensions : personnel, intelligence and technology. Based on the distribution of key influencing factors, relevant suggestions are given【. Innovation/limitation】This paper mainly uses qualitative research to systemati⁃ cally and comprehensively analyze the interaction between the influencing factors of intelligence coordination in emergencies and iden⁃ tify the key influencing factors of intelligence coordination in emergencies. In the future research, we will try to use a variety of meth⁃ ods to collect the influencing factors of intelligence collaboration, expand the number of samples of scoring experts, and improve the practicability of research results.
