社交媒体女性情感表达的路径与特征 ——以小红书评论中的女性间称谓为例

摘要: 目的/意义】探讨社交媒体用户情感表达的实现方式以及对于社会现实的影响,探索社交媒体作为社会观 测窗口的可能性,为新媒体语境中的信息传播与治理提供相应观察视角与经验。【方法/过程】以符号互动理论为指 导,采用文本分析法对社交媒体平台的代表性女性用户及其评论内容进行分析,归纳女性用户间称谓的变化、特征 及含义,分析女性用户表达中的情感呈现以及对社会性别概念的重塑。【结果/结论】社交媒体女性用户间称谓可分 为三种类型,不同类型呈现不同的意义和情感强度,自我呈现是女性用户情感表达的重要实现方式,其表达行为突 破了传统社会分工理论视角下的社会性别概念,符号化是女性用户情感表达的实践路径。【创新/局限】探索符号互 动理论在社交媒体自我呈现中的作用与体现,为社交媒体平台用户观测社会情感与社会活动、参与社会治理等提 供经验探索。

Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】 To explore the ways in which social media users express emotions and the impact on society, investi⁃ gating the potential of social media as a scope for social observation, and providing corresponding perspectives and experiences for in⁃ formation dissemination and governance in the context of new media. 【Method/process】 Guided by symbolic interaction theory, this study used text analysis to discuss female users' comments on social media platforms, summarized the changes, characteristics, and meanings of female users' terms of address, analyzed emotional expressions among female users, and the reshaping of social gender concepts. 【Result/conclusion】 The study found that terms of address among female social media users can be categorized into three types, each conveying different meanings and emotional intensities. Self-presentation is a significant way for female users to express emotions, breaking traditional social gender concepts from the perspective of social division of labor. Symbolization is a practical path⁃ way for emotional expression among female users.【 Innovation/limitation】 This study explores the role and manifestation of symbolic interaction theory in self-presentation on social media, offering experiential exploration for observing social emotions, activities, and participation in social governance among social media platform users.
