社会资本理论视角下大学生创新团队跨学科知识整合效果影响 机理研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】探究大学生创新团队跨学科知识整合效果的影响因素,可明晰团队知识交流成效提升路径, 促进创新项目的成功实施。【方法/过程】面向大学生创新团队成员进行一对一深度访谈,采用扎根理论三级编码流 程分析访谈资料,以社会资本理论为指导构建大学生创新团队跨学科知识整合效果影响因素模型,包括结构维、关 系维、认知维和知识维,并剖析各维度影响因素与作用关系。【结果/结论】结构维包括组织结构、联结规则、交流方 式,起结构支持作用;关系维包括信任和团队氛围,起关系维系作用;认知维包括目标趋同和共同语言,起认知驱动 作用;知识维包括知识异质性、知识匹配度、知识整合策略,起知识协同作用。【创新/局限】揭示了大学生创新团队 跨学科知识整合效果的影响因素及其作用路径,可为团队知识整合效果提升提供借鉴。样本数量有待丰富,可进 一步通过定量研究进行验证。

Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】 Exploring the factors affecting the effectiveness of interdisciplinary knowledge integration in college students' innovation teams can help improve the knowledge communication effectiveness and promote the successful implementation of innovation projects.【 Method/process】 This study conducted one-on-one in-depth interviews with members of college students' in⁃ novation teams, and analyzed interview data using a three-level coding process based on grounded theory. Guided by social capital theory, it developed a model of influencing factors of interdisciplinary knowledge integration effect of college students' innovation teams, including structural dimension, relational dimension, cognitive dimension and knowledge dimension. Furthermore, it analyzes the influencing factors and functional relationships. 【Result/conclusion】 The structural dimension includes organizational structure, connection rules, and communication methods, playing a structural supporting role; the relationship dimension includes trust and team atmosphere, playing a role in maintaining relationships; the cognitive dimension includes goal convergence and common language, playing a cognitive driving role; the knowledge dimension includes knowledge heterogeneity, knowledge matching, and knowledge inte⁃ gration strategies, playing a knowledge synergistic role. 【Innovation/limitation】 The study revealed the influencing factors and path⁃ ways of interdisciplinary knowledge integration in university innovation teams. The sample size needs to be enriched, and further vali⁃ dation can be achieved through quantitative research.
