Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】 Identify the key influencing factors on the information service quality of provincial-level govern⁃ ment data open platforms in China, and provide reference for improving the information quality and service level of government data open platforms, promoting government data openness and sustainable development.【 Method/process】 Extracting factors affecting the information service quality of provincial-level government data open platforms in China based on grounded theory, and using Grey DEMATEL analysis method to calculate factor parameters and identify criticality.【 Result/conclusion】 Research has found that factors such as policy support, data diversity, data authenticity, and functional completeness have a significant impact on the information ser⁃ vice quality of provincial-level government data open platforms in China. Based on the research results, corresponding management strategies have been proposed. 【Innovation/limitation】 Combining Grey System Theory (Grey) with Decision Laboratory Method (DEMATEL) to identify key factors affecting the quality of information services on provincial-level government data open platforms in China from the perspectives of service objects, technical attributes, service subjects, content dimensions, and environmental attributes. In the future, the indicator system will be further improved, and more objective research methods will be applied to enhance the accu⁃ racy of evaluation results.
